hi, I'm Ash.

I don't think women are failing at life.
I think most of us were handed impossible operating systems.

I help high-capacity women create lives that feel sustainable, fulfilling and actually like their own.

Mama of 4. Lover of lakes, books and bad reality TV.

My Story

I spent years optimizing everything except whether my life actually felt good.

I built a successful career in branding, high-performance creative and marketing. I hit the goals, got the titles, checked the boxes. Even had my own agency with 30 team members, serving clients in 18 countries.

And then my dad passed away. I took a step back and got a 9-5 job so I could give my nervous system a break (ironic, eh?).

Suddenly I was managing a full-time job, a full-time home, everyone else's needs, and my own invisible emotional labor. Nothing broke... but I did.

I realized so many women were quietly drowning in the same way: over-functioning, over-giving, overthinking and still feeling like it's never enough.

I became obsessed with sustainable systems (not the grind-harder kind, but the life-design kind).

Now I help women step out of autopilot and build a life that feels aligned, sustainable and (dare I say) fun.

What I Believe

  • Your life is allowed to feel better than this.
  • Success without fulfillment is still burnout.
  • Most productivity advice ignores emotional labor.
  • Many women are chasing goals that don't actually belong to them.
  • Rest is not earned.
  • Systems shape our lives more than motivation does.
  • Life should contain joy, spaciousness and play.
  • Fulfillment does not require millions of dollars.
  • Women are carrying invisible workloads no one acknowledges.

Things I'm currently unlearning

  • Answering emails from the bathroom stall.
  • Optimizing myself into oblivion.
  • Pretending self-care is buying another water bottle.
  • Being everyone's emotional IT department.
  • Treating burnout like a personality trait.
  • Thinking I have to earn rest, joy or ease.

Modern life is weird.
